Do I need to switch to Beehiiv?
No. We work inside whatever platform you're already on. Beehiiv is our preferred platform but switching is never a requirement. Stay where you are.
Do you write all the content?
We handle all the production — structure, design, hooks, CTAs, and the send. You send us a brief each week — a promotion, an update, a service you want to highlight — and we turn it into a polished email that converts. You know your business. We make sure your list does too.
How do I give you access?
You add us as a team member or editor inside your email platform. It takes about 2 minutes and we'll walk you through it step by step if you need help. You keep full ownership of your account at all times.
What if I want to approve emails before they send?
No problem — we can build an approval step into the workflow. We'll send you a preview a few days before each send date and you give us the green light. Your call entirely.
What's the minimum list size?
500 subscribers across all plans. Under 500? Book the free audit anyway — we'll build you a growth plan to get you there and you'll be first in line when you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — all plans are month-to-month. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees. If it's not working for you, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
What happens on the audit call?
We look at your current newsletter live on the call. We show you 3 specific things that are hurting your performance and exactly how we'd fix them. It's 20 minutes of real, actionable feedback — whether you hire us or not.
Do you source sponsors?
Yes — on the Top Tier plan we actively reach out to brands relevant to your audience and pitch them paid placements in your newsletter. You approve every sponsor before they appear. You earn a cut of every placement.
